Effective January 1, 2022, Anglin Flewelling & Rasmussen LLP (AFRCT) has merged with Pasadena-based law firm, Lagerlof LLP.  The merger is a “merger of equals” as AFRCT and the Lagerlof firm are of similar size and have complementary practice areas, expertise and cultures.  All attorneys and staff of AFRCT will be joining the combined firm.

With roots in California that go back to 1908, Lagerlof LLP is known for its trusts and estates practice, as well as its expertise in family law, elder law, water law, tax, public agency work, insolvency and intellectual property. AFRCT will bring its business litigation practice, its banking and financial institutions team, and its corporate and real estate expertise to the combined firm. 

The merger will allow the combined firm to better serve its existing clientele and offer an expanded menu of services to prospective new clients.
