Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten, LLP (AFRCT) was founded on a model different from most law firms.  While our practice areas include business transactions, finance, real estate, litigation, tax, securities and estate planning, and while we are meticulous about the quality of our work and passionate about our clients’ success:

We hire only seasoned lawyers.  Our lawyers average more than 20 years of experience.  With all of our lawyers graduating from top law schools and with most training at large law firms, each joined AFRCT for a collegial environment that still maintains the highest quality work product.  What this means for our clients is that our lawyers are experienced, skillful and capable of handling a matter from start to finish.  We are not staffed with legions of junior associates facing steep learning curves and heavy billable hour requirements. Our paralegal team is no different, as it averages more than ten years of experience.  Our clients, many of whom we have represented for decades, enjoy dealing with our lawyers because experience counts.

We are sensitive to our clients’ desire to control costs.  Our move from downtown Los Angeles to Pasadena helped us conserve significant operating costs such as rent, parking and taxes.  Our investments in a strong technological infrastructure, efficient management, and a comfortable and accessible environment for our clients have also reduced overhead.  And our commitment to hiring only experienced lawyers likewise creates cost efficiencies.  We pass those savings on to our clients, with billing arrangements typically 40% below those of national firms and 20% below larger regional firms.  We also do not bill our clients for overhead expenses such as postage, fax, secretarial overtime and phone charges.  Our clients appreciate our efforts to control costs because value matters.
