Robin Campbell

Robin Campbell graduated from the Columbia University School of Law in 1976, after completing undergraduate work at the University of California, Riverside (where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with highest honors) and Goettingen University in Germany.

He has since practiced law in California more than thirty-five years. Over twenty of those years were spent with the downtown Los Angeles law firm of Walker, Wright, Tyler & Ward, concentrating in the area of business litigation.

Robin now practices exclusively within the field of appellate law. He engages in appeals before the California Courts of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as the federal Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, involving the review of lower court orders or judgments arising from real estate dealings, business tort claims (such as wrongful foreclosure, civil fraud, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and interference with contract), and other commercial or contractual disputes.

Recent unpublished but citable opinions issuing from federal appellate cases in which Robin served as lead counsel include Wilkerson v. World S&L Ass’n 404 Fed. Appx. 211, 2010 U.S. App. LEXIS 23957 (9th Cir. 2010) and Nieves v. World Sav. Bank, FSB 357 Fed. Appx 843, 2009 U.S. App. LEXIS 26681 (9th Cir. 2009).

Robin, his wife Marion, and their three children moved from the Pasadena area to Park City, Utah in 2010. Robin is a winter sport enthusiast, with a special passion for downhill skiing. When the snow disappears, he takes to the local trails on his mountain bike. He also enjoys the practice of yoga off the slopes.
