Donna Abshear is a paralegal in AFRCT's litigation department. She assists primarily in the defense of financial institutions in connection with consumer-initiated civil litigation related to mortgage lending and servicing activities. Donna performs analysis and research of new cases and liaises to obtain pertinent supporting documentation.
Donna has extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Prior to joining AFRCT in 2011, she spent twenty plus years at nationwide mortgage lending companies working as an Underwriter and Quality Control Analyst . Her specialty is suspicious activity and fraud detection.
