Robert (Bob) Bailey is a partner in AFRCT’s Litigation Department.

Bob’s practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal complex litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, torts, and contract disputes. Bob also has experience with a range of banking and insurance coverage matters, as well as mass tort, class action, healthcare, intellectual property and government contracts litigation. He has extensive trial and appellate experience.

Bob earned his law degree with High Honors from the George Washington University School of Law in 1998 and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Bailey began his legal career serving as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy from 1998 to 2001 where he represented clients in a number of high-profile cases catching national media attention. Prior to joining AFRCT in 2006, Bob was an associate at the national law firms of Morgan, Lewis & Bokius, LLP and Steptoe & Johnson, LLP.
