Robert A. Bailey's practice focuses on a broad range of state and federal complex litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation, and contracts disputes. Mr. Bailey also has experience with a range of banking and insurance coverage matters, as well as employment law, healthcare and government contracts litigation. He has extensive trial experience and has gone to trial on cases in a variety of subject areas.

Mr. Bailey earned his law degree with High Honors from the George Washington University School of Law in 1998. While attending law school, Mr. Bailey was active in the George Washington Journal of International Law and Economics, participated on the Moot Court Executive Committee as the National Security Law Competition Chair. He also served as the Student Director of the Community Legal Clinics, and was awarded to Order of the Coif. Mr. Bailey began his legal career serving as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Navy from 1998 to 2001 where he represented clients in a number of high-profile cases catching national media attention.

In addition to his law degree, Mr. Bailey was awarded a masters degree in international relations from the University of Southern California in 1994. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science from University of California at Riverside in 1992.
