Tim Ceperley is an associate in AFRCT’s litigation department. Tim’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial litigation.

Tim has practiced in the areas of business and real estate litigation for over twenty-five years and has extensive trial and arbitration experience. Tim graduated from Loyola Law School with Honors in 1983. He received his bachelor’s degree in 1973 from Dickinson College, with a dual major in History and International Studies. He received his Masters Degree in International Relations from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service in 1975.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family.
