Leigh O. Curran is an associate in AFRCT’s litigation department.  Her practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis on business litigation.

Prior to joining AFRCT, Leigh was corporate counsel for Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc., a full-service mortgage banker doing business in 47 states.  Leigh was also counsel at the law firm of Bingham McCutchen, LLP, where her practice included business, environmental, and intellectual property litigation.  Leigh has also has experience representing lenders and receivers in state court rents and profits receivership matters.
