Kevin Lee is an associate at Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten, LLP working in the firm’s transactional department, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, real estate transactions and general corporate law.

Before joining AFRCT, Kevin was an attorney in Irell & Manella’s corporate securities workgroup. He has represented a range of public and private company clients as well as venture funds and investment partnerships in diverse industries, including telecommunications, sporting goods, food products, energy, real property, and medical devices.

Kevin graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School. While in law school, he co-chaired the 7th National Asian Pacific American Conference on Law and Public Policy. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from Yale University, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Arthur Twining Hadley Prize for scholarship in the social sciences.

In addition to his legal work, Kevin takes pride in being a mentor with the I Have a Dream Foundation, an adult literacy tutor with PasadenaREADS, and an advisor to numerous educational organizations. He regularly speaks about educational planning and college counseling to parent groups and through regular appearances on KSCI channel 18, and he writes about education for the World Journal, the most circulated Chinese newspaper in the United States. His interests include science, technology, philosophy, and the arts.
