Kevin Lee is an associate at Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten, LLP working in the firm’s transactional department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, corporate finance and general corporate law.
Kevin has represented a range of public and private company clients, real property owners, venture funds, investment partnerships and non-profits in diverse industries, including software, telecommunications, energy, biotechnology, food products, real estate, sporting goods and gaming. Before joining AFRCT, Kevin was an attorney in Irell & Manella’s corporate securities workgroup.
Kevin graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2002. While in law school, he co-chaired the 7th National Asian Pacific American Conference on Law and Public Policy. He received his bachelor’s degree in philosophy and psychology from Yale University, where he graduated summa cum laude and received the Arthur Twining Hadley Prize for scholarship in the social sciences.
In addition to his legal work, Kevin takes pride in being a mentor with the I Have a Dream Foundation, an adult literacy tutor with PasadenaREADS, and an advisor to numerous educational organizations. He regularly writes and speaks about educational planning and college counseling.
