Emily Martinez is a paralegal at AFRCT, working in the firm’s litigation department.

Emily has twenty-five years of experience as a litigation paralegal assisting attorneys in all aspects of litigation, from initial case intake to the appellate process.  Prior to joining AFRCT, Emily worked for Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP as a litigation paralegal.  Emily earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego and her paralegal certification from Pasadena City College.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, family, friends and Brobee, her energetic dog.  Emily is as an active member of her parish community, St. Christopher in West Covina, where she devotes her time and talent to the Religious Formation ministry as a Confirmation catechist.
