Matthew J. Pero is an associate in AFRCT’s litigation department. Matthew's practice focuses on business, banking, and real estate litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy court. 

Matthew has extensive trial and arbitration experience in a broad range civil litigation matters.  He has successfully prosecuted a number of nursing home neglect and professional liability cases.  He obtained a unanimous jury verdict finding of fraud on behalf of multiple franchisee plaintiffs.

Matthew graduated from Loyola Law School in 1987.  He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola Marymount University in 1979, where he also graduated with honors.

In his spare time, Matthew enjoys piano, golf, and spending time with family and friends.
