Richard Rasmussen is a founding partner of Anglin, Flewelling, Rasmussen, Campbell & Trytten LLP. He specializes in the areas of corporate transactions, commercial real estate, finance and general business law.

Corporate and Business Transactions
Mr. Rasmussen represents public and privately held companies in a variety of industry sectors. His extensive experience includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general business matters. Mr. Rasmussen also represents clients in employment issues, licensing and distribution relationships, business expansion and restructuring matters, and corporate governance. He enjoys providing clients with general business counseling concerning the many issues they face every day. Mr. Rasmussen has also assisted in the formation and operation of several real estate brokerage companies, hotels, golf course properties, long-term care facilities and restaurants.
Real Estate
Mr. Rasmussen is experienced in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of commercial real property. His extensive background includes the negotiation and documentation of complex real estate matters, including commercial property acquisitions, secured financing on behalf of lenders and borrowers, tax deferred exchanges, tax exempt financing, leases (ground, office and retail), TIC structures and management and operating arrangements.
Education/Affiliations:
Mr. Rasmussen graduated cum laude from Loyola Law School in 1987, St. Thomas More Law Honor Society (Order of the Coif). He is a member of the California, Los Angeles County (Real Property, Business and Commercial Law Sections) and Pasadena Bar Associations.
Mr. Rasmussen is a frequent speaker and author on business, ethics, and real estate law issues. He also enjoys serving on the Board of Directors of various non-profit entities. Mr. Rasmussen is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.
