Malinda Sinclair is the Litigation Paralegal Coordinator at AFRCT.

Malinda started her legal career in 1995 in the legal department of a major mortgage bank assisting in licensing and real estate issues. She gained transactional and corporate experience working at Rasmussen, Coomber, LLP and acquired bankruptcy skills while at Roquemore, Pringle & Moore. In 2005 Malinda joined AFRCT and has been working in the litigation department since 2006. Malinda is the communication liaison for a major firm client and utilizes her experience in multiple practice areas to support the attorneys for both state and federal cases.

Malinda is the mother of four children. When not attending her children’s performances, baseball games or girl scout meetings, she enjoys reading, Sudoku, baking and gardening. She and her husband Scott are active in the American Legion.
