Eric M. Tokuyama, J.D., LL.M., focuses his practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and estate and trust litigation. Eric earned a Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995. He also earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1996. Prior to law school, Eric earned a B.A. in Economics/Japan Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Eric has practiced exclusively in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, and estate and trust litigation since 1999. On the planning side, Eric designs and implements sophisticated tax and estate planning strategies for high net worth individuals. On the litigation side, Eric represents both fiduciaries and beneficiaries in disputes that arise in the context of estates and trusts.
Outside of the office, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, Han, and their three children.
