O. Andrew Wheaton is an associate in AFRCT’s litigation department. Mr. Wheaton’s practice focuses on litigation with an emphasis on complex civil litigation.

Mr. Wheaton has substantial experience dealing with all aspects of business litigation from mediation through trial. Mr. Wheaton received his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. He received his Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from Morehouse College.

Mr. Wheaton is admitted to practice law in all California Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, United States District Court, Central District of California and the United States District Court, Northern District of California.
