Teri L. Witteman is an associate at Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten, LLP working in the firm’s transactional department.

Teri’s practice focuses on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, private offerings, corporate and securities law compliance, real estate transactions and general corporate law. Before joining AFRCT, Ms. Witteman was an attorney with Latham & Watkins where she worked in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. She also was an associate at Jones Lang LaSalle, an international real estate services firm, where she handled real estate portfolio management and lease negotiations. Additionally, Ms. Witteman served as in-house counsel for Sega GameWorks L.L.C., guiding the company in the areas of private offerings, equipment financing, intellectual property, employment matters and corporate governance.

Teri earned her Juris Doctor degree, Order of the Coif, from UCLA School of Law in 1993. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics, with Honors and Distinction in General Scholarship, from UC Berkeley in 1990.
