Yaw-Jiun (Gene) Wu is an associate in AFRCT's litigation department.

Gene's practice focuses on business litigation matters. His areas of expertise include lender liability (TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and discriminatory lending claims), commercial loan agreements, and limited liability operating agreements. He is also experienced in handling development agreements, real estate leases, partnership dissolution, insurance, real estate and business brokerage, and civil RICO claims. He has represented clients in nearly all phases of litigation, including appeal.

Gene graduated from the UC Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 2003. He graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Prior to joining AFRCT, Gene was an associate at the national law firms of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton, LLP and Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP.
