Trudi Foutts Loh is an associate at AFRCT working in the firm's litigation department.

Trudi's practice focuses primarily on complex business litigation matters. Prior to joining AFRCT, Trudi practiced at several mid-sized firms in Los Angeles. Trudi has experience   representing a variety of banking, insurance brokerage, and small to mid-sized business clients.

Trudi earned her Juris Doctor degree in 1981 from University of Southern California Law School. While attending USC she participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and earned their “Best Brief” award. She earned her B.A. in Political Science with high honors in 1977 from California State University, Fullerton where she was also a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society.

Trudi has extensive political experience and she served as an advisor to Vice President Al Gore and Senator John Edwards. Trudi also served as the national chair of the Women’s Leadership Forum of the Democratic National Committee.
