Lynette Gridiron Winston is of counsel with AFRCT working in the firm’s litigation department.

 

Lynette’s practice focuses primarily on civil litigation matters, representing individual and corporate clients in all phases of litigation, including pre-trial, alternative dispute resolution, discovery, trial, post-trial, and appeals. Areas of expertise include general business litigation, breach of contract, fraud, real property disputes, quiet title, unlawful detainer, and copyright and trademark infringement. Prior to joining AFRCT, Lynette was a general business and commercial litigation associate with Paul, Hastings, Janofsky, & Walker in Los Angeles.

 

Lynette earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating in the top quarter of her class, from the University of Southern California (USC) Law Center in 1990. She earned her undergraduate B.S. degree from the University of Southern California (USC) in Business Administration. In addition to participating in the Honors Moot Court program, she was also the sub-regional director of a law student association.

 

Lynette is a board member of Faith Community Development Corporation, advisor to the Board of Faith Center Ministries, and is a trainer for Youth for Business. She is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) Litigation Committee.
