Anglin Flewelling Rasmussen Campbell & Trytten LLP (AFRCT) is pleased to announce the opening of offices in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. In connection with the expansion, Ann Marshall has joined the firm as a partner. Ms. Marshall is formerly a partner of the Seattle-based firm, Marshall & Weibel, P.S., where she specialized in commercial litigation, including representation of financial institutions and title insurance providers, as well as providing mediation services. Also joining the firm are Barbara Bollero, Adam Hughes and Rebecca Shrader, formerly with the Marshall & Weibel firm, who bring more than 45 years of combined experience. AFRCT views the Pacific Northwest as a vibrant business community. “It is important for us to be there” says managing partner Richard Rasmussen. “We have grown significantly over the past five years, so enlarging our footprint with talented, established attorneys in other key states is a natural progression.” AFRCT will also be relocating staff and attorneys to its new offices.
Ann Marshall was drawn to the firm’s culture and similar practice areas. “It is a great group. AFRCT is a recognized leader in the lender liability defense area. I was very impressed with the quality of their lawyers, and their commitment to providing value to their clients.” Marshall adds, “it really is a perfect fit, joining forces allows us to provide a solid, substantive west coast team to all of our clients within a single firm.”
AFRCT was founded in 2002 and is headquartered in Pasadena, California. The firm is a full-service business law firm with expertise in corporate, real estate, commercial litigation, lender liability defense, appellate, bankruptcy, employment, tax and estate planning.
