Justin Jastrzebski is an associate in AFRCT’s litigation department.
Immediately prior to joining the firm, Justin prosecuted judicial foreclosures and defended creditors in litigated matters involving creditors rights, wrongful foreclosure, and real estate matters in Washington. Justin’s experience includes practice in the areas of real estate matter and creditors rights, including cases involving title defects, title curative matters and wrongful foreclosure. Justin has successfully prosecuted lawsuits and brought matters to mutually beneficial resolutions for his clients, in a timely and efficient manner.
Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors in the Pacific Northwest.
Justin received his undergraduate degree from Boston University (Bachelors of Arts and Sciences, Business Administration) in 2009 and his J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2012;
He is admitted to practice in the state of Washington, the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, and Swinomish Tribal Court.
