Elizabeth Stewart Speaks At Pro Bono Event

On June 24, 2019, Elizabeth Stewart provided a presentation on business entity basics to current and hopeful small local business owners. Topics covered included entity choice, limited liability protection, corporate formalities, tax considerations, and permits. The presentation was co-sponsored by the Little Tokyo Service Center and Bet Tzedek, a pro bono legal services organization. As part of its Small Business Development program, Bet Tzedek periodically hosts legal presentations to local community groups.
