We are sensitive to our clients’ desire to control costs. Our investment in a strong technological infrastructure, efficient management, and a comfortable and accessible environment for our clients have also reduced overhead. And our commitment to hiring only experienced lawyers likewise creates cost efficiencies. We pass those savings on to our clients, with billing arrangements typically 40% below those of national firms and 20% below larger regional firms. Unlike most, we do not bill our clients for overhead expenses such as postage, fax, secretarial overtime and phone charges. Our clients appreciate our efforts to control costs because delivering value is critical.
