Those of you for whom we have ongoing legal work, or whom we represent on a regular basis, will be asked to consent to continuing representation post-merger, to be evidenced by a new engagement letter under the Lagerlof banner. Our aim will be to make this transition as seamless as possible for you.

While the combined firm will operate under the name Lagerlof LLP, existing AFRCT email and telephone systems will remain operational through the integration period and beyond.

The firms will integrate their operations over the course of 2022. For the first six months or so, the former AFRCT attorneys and staff will remain in the current location at 301 N. Lake Ave. before moving to newly constructed space in the Lagerlof offices at 155 N. Lake Ave.
